Our prices are displayed in € EUR but we accept every currency. When you're checking out you can just use your card or PayPal and it will automatically be converted. You can use the converter below to find out how much the prices are in your currency.

👚 WHERE DO YOU GET ALL THESE CLOTHES?

We receive promo packages and buy clothing and accessories for photo shoots. Once featured on socials, in a photoshoot or worn to an event, some of the items will be available on this store. Some items marked as ‘Thrift original’ will always be brand new and available in different sizes and sometimes different colours. Some items on this store are one-offs and only available in one size.

🤞🏽 IS IT SAFE TO BUY FROM YOU, NYANE?

We use PayPal and Stripe to process payments so you have buyer protection with paypal and fraud protection with stripe, which basically mean the same thing, you can dispute any transaction and file a claim.

💲 WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX (VAT/BTW) AT CHECKOUT?

As we are based in the Netherlands, you will pay 21% BTW (dutch VAT) if you order from a country within the EU. You will not pay 21% BTW (dutch VAT) if you order from any country outside of the EU.

🌏 WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES AND/OR IMPORT TAXES?

If you order from any country within the EU you will not have to pay customs duties or import taxes. If you order from any country outside the EU (e.g. USA), you might have to pay customs duties and/or import taxes if your order total is above the threshold of your country. USA: both VAT and Customs Duties threshold is approx. $800 USD / UK: VAT threshold - 15£ and Customs Duties Threshold - 135£ ).

We Ship Worldwide. Orders ship within 3-5 working days of purchasing. Our shipping partners are DPD and DHL Express. DPD NL - EU only, once shipped delivery time: 5-8 working days // DHL Express - Worldwide, once shipped delivery time: 1-5 working days.

🤷🏽‍♀️ WHERE’S MY STUFF?

We ship from Amsterdam (NL). Check your email for a shipping confirmation, it will contain a tracking number. If you haven’t received your package please contact the respective shipping company.

📦 WHY IS THE PACKAGING OF MY ORDER SO RANDOM?

Nyané receives many packages with samples, she can’t keep up with taking them out to the trash… so we use them to ship stuff, you know, saving the environment and stuff… 🤗 ♻️ 💪🏽.

🧐 DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, we accept returns. We do not cover the return shipping cost. We do not refund shipping costs. We do not accept returns that are stuck in customs.
